In the treatment of leakage problem, many people think that the elevator foundation pit is a very difficult leakage site, the construction environment is poor, leakage management is difficult; in fact, the elevator foundation pit leakage management is not so complex, to find the right leakage reason, the solution is also natural.

Most of the main reasons for the leakage in the elevator foundation pit are the following points:

1. The waterproof layer is made first to reproduce the pouring side wall concrete wall, resulting in the fault between the concrete wall and the side wall of the elevator well.The original construction waterproof layer did not play the due waterproof effect, the groundwater will constantly leak from the fault into the elevator well.

2. During civil construction, a large amount of water on the bottom plate was not drained or drained, and the concrete was directly poured into the water, resulting in a lot of honeycomb, hemp surface, holes and loose appearance around the bottom plate.The bottom position of the elevator shaft is generally below the positive, negative and zero water level. When the groundwater pressure is large, the groundwater will leak to the bottom hole through holes, hemp surfaces, cracks and loose places, causing water in the elevator well.

3. No waterproof treatment is done inside or outside the side wall of the elevator well, causing the groundwater to penetrate from the outer wall of the well wall into the wall and causing water in the elevator well.

Find the right cause of leakage, take measures according to local conditions, apply the remedy to the case, the problem will be solved.

I. General treatment scheme:

1. Clean up the internal base level of the elevator shaft, remove the sand and loose parts, and remove the height control below the elevator door;

2. For the well wall with serious water leakage, cut the Yin corner part and buried the guide pipe to clean up the open water in the well wall and Yin Angle part;

3. Use the waterproof leakage king to block the leakage part;

4. According to the different leakage parts, marked with paint, a large area of leakage is marked by dense red spots and crack leakage. Generally, it is marked alternately every 10cm along the direction of the crack, and a single seepage point adopts red ○ marks;

5. After the completion of the hole, the leakage site shall be drilled. Keep 45 Angle at 3~4 ㎝ next to the leakage point according to the red mark 3 ~ 4 ㎝, and the hole diameter of the grouting mouth is (10 mm). The hole depth is 1 / 2 or 1 / 3 of the thickness of the structural layer. The hole depth of the hole marked with the red point shall be shallow and the red marked hole depth shall be deeper and slightly inclined to the crack.The red ○ shall drill deep until clear water flows; then install the grouting nozzle at the hole, as deep as possible, only 1 to 1.5 ㎝ outside and tightened;

6. The grouting pump is connected to the grouting pump, using electric grouting pump, and install the pressure gauge at one end of the grouting pipe. When the grouting inlet volume of each well section is less than 5 L/min and the design pressure is stable for 10 min, the water suction volume of the inspection hole is less than 1.0 L/min per m, and then the next construction;

7. After the grouting, remove the grouting mouth, and then seal the grouting hole with the waterproof leakage king;

8. Finally, coat the mortar protective layer with more than 20mm.

9. Waterproofing and acceptance.

II. Jiagushi grouting-free treatment scheme:

1. Clean up the internal base level of the elevator shaft, remove the sand and loose parts, and remove the height control below the elevator door;

2. For the well wall with serious water leakage, cut the Yin corner part and buried the guide pipe to clean up the open water in the well wall and Yin Angle part;

3. Repair the defects with HW-80 high-strong anti-seepage mortar and smooth the base surface;

4. Do anti-seepage treatment on the grassroots surface, and first spray SK-I immortal water on the structural surface 2 times;

5. After the fairy water is fully absorbed by the base surface, the whole surface is coated with 2mm thick KS-001 No.1 back surface repair special coating;

6. After hardening no. 1, spray 2mm thick HW-80 high strength seepage mortar to make the sealing layer, and the overall seepage pressure can reach 2MPa;

7. Follow-up construction of other structural levels after the completion of anti-seepage treatment;

8. Waterproofing and acceptance.

The elevator foundation pit leakage treatment is not complex, focusing on selecting the right materials, by spraying fairy water, painting water back seepage materials, and then spraying high strength anti-seepage mortar to form a protective layer, forming a solid backing, multiple protection, and completely solve the problem of foundation pit leakage.
