Project address: North of Jinxiu Avenue, east of Yuying Road, west of Funing Road, and south of Longshan Road, Guoyang County, Bozhou City
Construction area: 118,565 square meters
Project background: Jinxiu Yunlu is invested and constructed by Anhui Delong Investment Group. The Group has developed Greentown · Orchid Garden, Greentown · Qingniu Square, Greentown · Guiyu Jiangnan and Guiyu City habitat successively. Jinxiu Yunlu project is another great work of Delong Group in Guoyang.The project covers a total area of 116 mu and has a total construction area of about 170,000 square meters, consisting of 1317-storey high-rise and 184-storey villas, a total of 874 small high-rise and 175 sets of stacked villas.
