Project Overview:
Geku railway is a new railway connecting Golmud city in Qinghai province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Bayingolin Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture capital Korla national railway class I passenger and cargo cable railway, Chengku railway north section, is connecting the Qinghai-Tibet railway and southern Xinjiang railway, a total length of 1240 kilometers, including 505.6 kilometers in qinghai, 708.1 kilometers in xinjiang.Geku Railway along the way passes through Utumeren, Huatugou, Ruoqiang, Weili and other places, and will need to pass through the Aljinshan Mountain with the highest altitude of 6,161 meters.
Through the area with complex environment, 8 pairs of passenger cars per day and the planned transportation of 26 million tons per year meet particularly strict requirements for railway tunnels. Therefore, Jiagushi is used to enhance the surface layer of concrete in the tunnel of Xinjiang PJS standard project of Geku Railway.
construction procedure:
First time sprinkling wetting base surface first time (150ml / ㎡) second time sprinkling second time (100ml / ㎡) third time sprinkling wet maintenance for 3 days
Effect evaluation:
After spraying, the rebound strength of the concrete in the tunnel increased by 3MPa in 7 days, 4 MPa in 14 days, and 6 MPa in 28 days.
