Project Overview:
Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge is located between Gulou District and Pukou District, Nanjing. It is the first double-storey railway and highway bridge designed and built by China. The upper level is 4,589 meters long, 15 meters wide, and can accommodate four large cars, more than 2 meters wide on both sides; the lower layer is the double-track railway bridge 14 meters wide and a total length of 6,772 meters.
The bridge consists of two parts: the main bridge and the main bridge, with 9 piers and 10 spans, which is 1,576 meters long, and has a maximum span of 160 meters.The navigation clearance width is 120 meters, and the navigation clearance height under the bridge is 24 meters above the design maximum navigation water level, which can pass through 5,000-ton sea wheels.
During the overhaul of Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, in order to improve the carbonization resistance of lamp column concrete, the immortal water was used to enhance it.
construction procedure:
The first time sprinkle wet base surface first time (150ml / ㎡) second time sprinkle second time (100ml / ㎡) third time sprinkle wet maintenance for 3 days;
Effect evaluation:
Jiushi material penetrates deep into the concrete, after reaction with the alkaline substances in concrete, form a calcium silicate crystal embedded in the fine pores, fine pores; calcium silicate crystal is a very stable chemical structure form, it is difficult to react with any chemical, can permanently prevent corrosion of anticorrosive media (such as acid, alkali, chloride), and protect concrete and internal steel bars from corrosion.
It can not only provide good air permeability for the concrete, but also can greatly prevent the substances in the concrete from getting in contact with the outside world, thus slowing down the speed of the concrete carbonization (neutral) and alkali- -aggregate reaction (AAR), to ensure the structural stability of the concrete, and effectively extending the life of the concrete.
