Save:

Construction technology
1. Concrete base surface
1, clean the base: the new wall before the construction of the wall maintenance at least 30 days, the moisture content is less than 10%, the wall requires no grease, dust and loose matter. Before the construction of the old wall, it is necessary to thoroughly remove the old coating on the base surface, oil, mildew and floating ash, and remove the old paint film and mildew is the focus of the process;
2, the growth of mold matrix, after cleaning, there are still some mold, must be coated with waterproof anti-mold products, so that the residual mold lost the ability to reproduce;
3. The base layer to be treated with anti-condensation must first be painted with a closed primer to prevent water seepage from the base surface;

Second, metal base
1. Note:
1, the construction environment should be dry and less dust, the temperature is below 5℃, rain and snow or relative humidity is greater than 85% should not be constructed;
2, coating construction and film drying process to ensure a good ventilation environment, can be combined with dehumidifier to improve the coating drying rate;
3, the paint should be stored in a cool and dry place, the packaging should be sealed, strictly prohibit infiltration of water;
4. The tools after construction should be cleaned with water in time.
