Product Introduction
This is a concrete waterproofing product independently developed by our company. It consists of a nano-active self-healing masterbatch and high-strength alkali-resistant fiber, serving as an internal concrete admixture. It possesses impermeability, crack resistance, and crack self-healing properties. Upon adding to the concrete mixture, this product effectively enhances the tensile strength of the structure while mitigating issues such as shrinkage-induced cracking and settlement-related problems. Moreover, in case of concrete cracking or leakage, the nanoscale active masterbatch can be activated to react with water and generate crystals that fill and seal the cracks, achieving a remarkable self-healing effect. Additionally, this product also reduces the hydration reaction rate of cement, delays heat release during concrete hydration process, thereby minimizing cracks caused by temperature differences.

Construction method
During the concrete mixing process, add this product directly into the concrete slurry and mix evenly. The generally recommended dosage is 3kg / m³.
Precautions
1. Safety: non-toxic, no irritating odor;
2. Storage and transportation precautions: The product should be properly placed in a dry place and should be handled with care during transportation to prevent damage and moisture;
3. Shelf life: The shelf life is 6 months in a sealed state. Use as soon as possible after opening the bag. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can be used after passing the test.
4. Precautions for safe use:
A. Please operate correctly according to the instructions;
B. Please wear protective gear when using, and make sure to rinse your mouth and wash your hands after operation;
C. Store the product in a cool and dry place, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent moisture, keep it properly and avoid contact with infants and young children. Use up as soon as possible after opening.
