PY-1 water-permeable inorganic composite anticorrosive material is composed of component A (bottom coating) and component B (top coating). Component A has deep permeability to formed concrete, can penetrate into the deep layer of concrete to form crystals, seal pores and small cracks; Component B can penetrate into the surface of concrete to form a dense protective layer, so that the surface has a significant hydrophobic effect, effectively blocking the entry of external corrosive media, but will not change the appearance of the concrete characteristics and air permeability.

It is suitable for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, anti-freezing, acid and alkali resistance, salt damage resistance, carbonization resistance and other durability protection projects of new and old concrete buildings (structures) as well as formed concrete maintenance projects;
It is suitable for concrete projects that have high requirements for the durability and environmental protection of the materials used, and high requirements for the economy of construction and maintenance, especially for water-related projects, including water diversion and water supply pipelines, water conservancy and hydropower projects, water transport projects, highway bridges, underwater structures in nuclear power projects, and concrete structures and precast concrete components exposed to the atmosphere;

Implementation standard: T/GDCAA 001-2021 "Technical Specifications for Application of Water-Based Permeable Inorganic Composite Materials for Durable Protection of Concrete"
1. Remove the residue, scum and other impurities on the surface of the base layer, rinse it with clean water, and keep the surface clean;
2. Spray the water-based penetrating inorganic composite material component A (primer) on the surface of the base to be constructed. Spray it twice in a row. The theoretical dosage for each time is 150-200ml/㎡. The time interval between the two times should be more than 1h. Component A can penetrate deeply into the concrete, compact the pores, and improve the self-corrosion and self-seepage prevention capabilities of the concrete.
3. After 24 hours, when the base surface is dry and there is no visible water, spray the water-based permeable inorganic composite material B component (top coating) on the surface of the base layer. Spray the material evenly and spray it twice in a row. The theoretical amount of each spray is 150-200 ml/㎡ to form a continuous liquid surface to ensure that the base surface is fully sprayed and absorbed;
4. Dry and cure for 24 hours to ensure that there is no visible water or wear on the base surface during the curing period. The spraying operation surface should not be cross-constructed by other types of work or have dust pollution from adjacent areas. Construction should not be carried out when it rains or other water flows over the surface. After 24 hours, you can see that the surface has an obvious hydrophobic effect, proving that the material has begun to work.
1. Large cracks or holes visible to the naked eye must be repaired with cement-based materials before coating;
2. If the hydrophobic effect is not obvious in the places where component B is not sprayed, continue to spray component B until it is saturated;
3. Use equipment with good atomization effect when spraying, otherwise the actual amount may exceed the theoretical amount;
4. It is not recommended to use in a closed environment. Pay attention to ventilation and open flames are strictly prohibited during use.
Avoid direct sunlight. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
