The active masterbatch is mixed into cement and other base materials to form a powdered inorganic penetrating waterproof coating, which is brushed/sprayed on the concrete surface to enhance the concrete's anti-seepage performance and repair existing fine cracks. Its mechanism of action is that the various active chemical substances contained in the waterproof material penetrate into the concrete with water as the carrier, react chemically with the metal ions in the concrete, form crystals to fill the capillary channels, and achieve continuous anti-seepage and waterproof effects.
1. Pour 60kg of cement-based penetrating crystallization active masterbatch + 640kg of ordinary Portland cement with P.O42.5 or above + 300kg of quartz sand (80-120 mesh) evenly into the powder mixer, mix evenly, and pack the materials.
2. Recommended water-cement ratio: water: powder = (0.25-0.3): 1. The water-cement ratio should be determined based on the local cement conditions.
3. Product quality control: Strictly implement GB18445-2012 standard.
1. Do not use cement that has been stored for a long time. The cement cannot regain moisture or clump. The quartz sand must also be dry.
2. The finished product must be packed in plastic bags to avoid moisture regain, and the packaging time should not exceed 2 hours.
3. This formula is for reference only. The materials vary from place to place (mainly cement), and the formula will be slightly different. You can find the appropriate production formula through debugging. For specific technical questions, please consult the masterbatch manufacturer at any time.
