1. Base surface treatment: Ensure that the construction base surface is flat and solid. If there are sanding, peeling, water seepage, hollowing, cracks, etc., corresponding treatment should be done. The surface must be clean and tidy without loose soil, debris, oil stains, etc., and the floating slurry on the concrete surface must be ground off before construction, and the base surface must be cleaned;
2. Construction of additional layers of details: For details such as corners, drains, vents, pipe roots, expansion joints, etc., cracks should be filled or smoothed (radian diameter 30-50mm), and the positive corners should be polished into a circular chamfer with a radius of not less than 10mm. Then, apply a layer of material, lay the mesh cloth, and apply another layer of material until it is completely covered.
3. Large-area waterproofing construction: Large-area construction should be applied in 2-3 coats. The next coat should be applied after the previous coat is dry, and the coating directions are perpendicular to each other.
1. Ensure the safety of operation and confirm the operating range (do not carry out construction on windy and sandy days, the construction temperature should be between 5-35℃, the relative humidity should be below 85%, and outdoor construction should not be carried out if it is expected to rain within 36 hours);
2. During the construction process, it is strictly forbidden to step on the wet waterproof layer, and it is not allowed to wear shoes with nails during construction. After the construction is completed, the coating must be protected to avoid damage;
3. To prevent the water-based paint from bulging and bubbling, a closed primer should be applied first. For details, please consult the manufacturer's technical staff;
4. The thickness of a single coat should not exceed 0.5mm. Avoid construction when the base surface temperature is higher than 35°C, as bulging and sticking problems are very likely to occur.
