X14 composite polymer alkali resistance fiber is composed of three high, middle and lower high strength composite polymer nonwovens, with the advantages of strong adhesive relay, soft texture, aging resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
1. It has a soft texture, good sticking properties, and is not easy to bulge. The cement glue can penetrate into the mesh holes on the surface and solidify into one with the base layer;
2. The outer two layers of wool and the middle polymer core are three-dimensionally interwoven, with strong tear resistance;
3. It has good mechanical properties, anti-aging, anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance;
4. X13+X14 is a solution for back water surface leakage control, which is a combination of rigidity and flexibility, rigidity on the outside and flexibility on the inside, and is long-lasting and effective.
It is suitable for minor water seepage repair in indoor areas, basements, municipal tunnels and culverts of civil buildings and for waterproofing and anti-alkali projects without water surfaces.
Cut to appropriate size and apply X13 (X15) thinly on the surface of X14. At the same time, apply X13 (X15) thinly on the base surface of the construction area. Then adhere the X14 with thinly applied X13 (X15) to the base surface of the construction area. Use a spatula to flatten it from one side to the other and scrape off excess X13 (X15) material. Apply it evenly on the surface of X14. The operation is completed.
1. Please do not construct when the temperature is below 5℃. When constructing outdoors, please avoid rain, snow and strong winds;
2. Avoid contact with strong acids, strong alkalis, mineral oils, vaseline, animal and vegetable oils and other chemical substances. Avoid contact with aromatic compounds and chlorinated hydrocarbons at temperatures above 80°C to prevent permanent deformation of the material.
3. The workplace should be well ventilated and fireworks are strictly prohibited during operations.
Keep in a cool and dry place, avoid squeezing and collision, and keep away from fire and heat sources.
