X13
X13 high strength alkali resistance repair agent, is a special grinding process made of efficient moisture resistance, seepage resistance, adhesive relay excellent waterproof material, whether it is facing the water surface or back water surface, can achieve a permanent waterproof effect.
1. The setting time is suitable, the requirement for the moisture content of the base surface is low, the construction is convenient and simple, and no special tools are required;
2. Moisture-proof, anti-seepage, leak-proof, high water pressure resistance, good water resistance and strong bonding force;
4. Cement-based materials do not age, have a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of concrete, and are not prone to hollowing or falling off.
It is suitable for minor water seepage repair in indoor areas, basements, municipal tunnels and culverts of civil buildings and for waterproofing and anti-alkali projects without water surfaces.
1. Before construction, the base surface to be treated must be cleaned, roughened and fully moistened, but no visible water should be present;
2. Add 30%-40% water to X13 and stir evenly before use. When used with X14 for bonding, cut X14 to an appropriate size and apply a thin layer of X13 on the surface of X14. At the same time, apply a thin layer of X13 on the base surface of the construction area. Adhere the thinly coated X13 to the base surface of the construction area, flatten it from one side to the other with a spatula, remove the excess X13 material on the surface of X14 and smooth it. The operation is complete.
3. Inspect, trim and accept the coating surface.
1. Use as soon as possible after opening. Do not use if it forms lumps after getting wet.
2. Remember not to add too much water or use it at low temperature, which will prolong the solidification time;
3. If the construction temperature is lower than 10°C, warm water can be used for mixing;
4. Different construction temperature and humidity will cause certain fluctuations in the powder-water ratio;
5. If the construction is carried out under the sun, the coating must be kept moist;
6. This product contains alkaline substances such as cement, which may cause skin allergies. Protective measures should be taken when using it.
1. Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, sealed, use as soon as possible after unsealing, avoid squeezing and collision, and keep away from fire and heat sources.
2. Shelf life: Under good storage conditions and original sealed conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
3. Transportation: Transport as non-flammable liquid.
