This product is suitable for grouting and plugging of larger gaps (cracks larger than 1mm, honeycomb pockmarks, holes, etc.) and water environments. Combined with ZJ-I ultra-fine crack grouting liquid (rough grouting + fine grouting), it can be used for curtain grouting and backfill grouting.

2. Make the cement grouting material harden quickly in water and have high compressive strength, and the 24-hour compressive strength can reach 11MPa;
3. After the cement grouting material hardens, it has a higher density and can withstand high water pressure;

1. Mix cement grouting partner with P.O42.5 cement at a ratio of 1:50;
2. Add 38% (recommended value) of water to the mixed materials;
3. Stir the materials added with water thoroughly to obtain grouting materials with good fluidity, underwater resistance and rapid hardening in water;
4. The prepared grouting material can be constructed according to the ordinary cement grouting material.
1. The mixed materials must be used up as soon as possible within 60 minutes;
2. The materials should be used, stored and transported at a temperature above 5°C;
3. The mix ratio given in the instructions is only applicable to P.O42.5 cement. If other cements are used, slight changes are required;
4. Ambient temperature will have a significant impact on the hardening speed. The 24-hour strength mentioned is only valid at 20°C.
