Product Introduction

ZJ-I acrylic acid grouting leakage material is a new anti-seepage plugging material with acrylic acid as the main component. Low viscosity (near the viscosity of water) can be poured into the fine pores of concrete, generate impermeable gel, fill the subtle pores of concrete, and achieve the purpose of seepage blocking leakage.The coagulation time of acrylic grouting plugging leakage material can be accurately adjusted so as to control the diffusion radius, low permeability, good aging resistance in water, and the slurry and gel are environmentally friendly and non-toxic, which is an almost ideal chemical grouting material.

Scope of application

Water-stopping grouting for concrete structure cracks, seepage cracks and dynamic cracks. Especially suitable for water leakage control in vibration environments (frequent dynamic loads) such as subway stations, high-speed railway tunnels, and water conservancy dams.

Dosage reference

Depends on the size of the crack.

product advantages

1. Low viscosity, good pourability, can be poured into fine pores;

2. The gelling time is adjustable and controllable, and can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual scenario;
3. The gel has high strength, high anti-extrusion damage ratio, and can withstand high water pressure;
4. Strong adhesion with concrete, anti-seepage, no leakage;
5. It has good aging resistance in water, and the slurry and gel are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

Construction method

Arrangement of grouting holes: adopt sequential construction, gradually increase the density, and finally the hole spacing is about 0.5m. The hole depth depends on the water head and the maximum gap size. The larger the water head or the larger the maximum gap, the deeper the hole depth should be. Conversely, it can be shallower. When the hole depth is greater than 3m, it should be drilled from shallow to deep, and grouting should be carried out in sections, with a section length of 2-3m. In order to reduce the pore volume occupied by the slurry, the hole diameter should be small rather than large;

Selection of gel time: The gel time is selected based on the leakage of water during drilling before grouting. The principle is that the gel time of the slurry should be shorter than the leakage time during water pressure to minimize the loss of slurry;
Preparation of grouting plugging materials: The grout is composed of three components: main agent (acrylate), liquid accelerator (component a), and powdered initiator (component b). The main agent and liquid accelerator (component a) are mixed to form liquid material A, and the powdered initiator (component b) is mixed with water to form liquid material B. Before grouting, a small gel test is carried out to determine the gel time required for the project according to the on-site temperature conditions, and then the engineering grouting operation is carried out;
Grouting pressure: The grouting pressure should be equal to 3-5 times the water head pressure at that location. In order to reduce the leakage of slurry, the pressure can be increased in stages.
Grouting and its termination criteria: Double-liquid grouting should be used whenever possible, because this type of grouting has a short leakage diameter and a short gel time of the slurry. Using single-liquid grouting can easily clog the pump and pipe, resulting in a large waste of slurry and difficulty in achieving the effect of anti-seepage and plugging leakage. Therefore, adequate preparations must be made before grouting each hole section to ensure that once grouting begins, it can be carried out smoothly to the bottom and until the slurry in the hole gels.
