Project Overview:
The second phase of Jiangbei New Area Comprehensive Pipeline Corridor Project has a total length of 53.41 kilometers (the first phase has been 10 kilometers before the establishment of Jiangbei New Area), and the demonstration section is 2 kilometers.The 5th cabin is 13.5 meters wide and six lanes wide, and each pipe gallery is 3.5 meters to 4 meters high, higher than the first floor.In order to ensure the internal operation environment of the pipe gallery, prevent water leakage, and isolate the erosion of external adverse factors, choose to spray good solid materials to waterproof and anti-corrosion.
construction procedure:
First time sprinkling wetting base surface first time (150ml / m2) second time sprinkling second time (100ml / m2) third time sprinkling wet maintenance for 3 days
Effect evaluation:
Jiagushi material deeply penetrates the concrete by 30~50mm, improve the tightness of the concrete, cut off the water seepage channel, the waterproof layer will not be damaged by sharp objects, effectively protect the steel bar, significantly improve the strength and seepage resistance level of the concrete, and prevent water seepage.Waterproof layer is continuous, no connection, fine cracks can automatically heal.
