Hangzhou residential elevator well leakage maintenance


Project Overview:
The leakage part of the elevator well project of "Dexin · Morning City" community in Hangzhou is the side wall and bottom plate of the elevator well. In the construction process, the concrete structure of the underground garage will produce uneven cracks due to dense vibration or local temperature difference, and form a water seepage channel.Groundwater enters the concrete structure through the failure area of the local waterproof layer, and enters the inside of the elevator well from the subtle water seepage channel on the surface of the structure, causing the leakage phenomenon of the elevator well.
construction procedure:
1. Clean the surface, and some areas should be crushed and cleaned to reveal the overall structural layer;
2. Temporary water stop on the bright water point with the plugging king, grouting the Jiushi ZJ-I acrylic grouting as necessary, and then repair it with the jiushi HW-80 high-strength antipermeability mortar (mixed with 10% high-elastic asphalt emulsion);
3. Spray Christie SK-1 nanosilicate concrete maintenance, repair and enhanced integral waterproof agent for 3 times, and try to waterproof and reinforce the base level;
4. Apply the special waterproof material of No.1 rigid and soft combination type for repair 2 times (1.5mm) to form a toughness interwoven waterproof layer;
5. Use grouting equipment to spray Jiagushi HW-80 high strength seepage mortar 2 times (3mm), and the ground can be wiped directly away;
6. Finally, use the special anti-seepage coating with 2 times (1.5mm) to confirm the dry surface before the next operation;
7. After the dry surface, make local repair.Construction cycle of a single elevator well is 3-5 days.
Effect evaluation:
There is no water in the well after construction and no leakage in the bottom plate.
