Concrete seepage proof of subway station roof
Project Overview:
Shenzhen Metro Line 10 starts from Futian Port and ends at Shuangyong Street, with a length of 28.88 kilometers and a total of 24 stations. On July 23,2019, Gangsha North Railway Station and Lianhuashan Station were successfully completed, so that all the tunnel sections of the whole line have been completed.Considering the safety of long-term use and the protection of reinforcement, concrete and internal use environment, a platform roof concrete is used to repair fine cracks and close the water seepage channel to prevent the internal infiltration of water.
construction procedure:
First time sprinkling wetting base surface first time (150ml / m2) second time sprinkling second time (100ml / m2) third time sprinkling wet maintenance for 3 days
Effect evaluation:
Spray Jiashi material, penetrate deeply by 30~50mm, and have a chemical reaction with the calcium ions in the concrete, and fully fill the fine pores and tiny cracks of the concrete with calcium silicate crystals, so as to improve the tightness of the concrete, thus cutting off the water seepage channel.Penetrates the unreacted material, present in a glassy solid or aqueous emulsion, and reacts again in water, automatically healing the cracks.
