Project Overview:
The "Ice Ribbon" of the —— National Speed Skating Pavilion of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is located on the south side of the National Tennis Center in Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a construction area of about 80,000 square meters, two floors underground and three floors above the ground. It is the only newly built venue in Beijing, which can be used for ice hockey, curling and road speed skating.
The National Speed Skating Museum can accommodate about 12,000 spectators, large flow and dense crowd, the high quality of the stand board, so Jiagushi is used to protect the clear concrete of the audience stand plate.
construction procedure:
First time sprinkling wetting base surface first time (150ml / ㎡) second time sprinkling second time (100ml / ㎡) third time sprinkling wet maintenance for 3 days
Effect evaluation:
Good solid material deep penetration, with calcium in concrete, calcium silicate crystals fully filled into the concrete internal pores and subtle cracks, make concrete tightness better, which can inhibit the production of concrete crack, improve the waterproof level, cut off the seepage channel, make ordinary concrete resistance, compressive strength, corrosion resistance, freezing and thaw resistance, chlorine resistance and other durability, thus converted into high performance seepage concrete.
