Enhance and reinforce the concrete surface of the hydropower station


Project Overview:
Shatuo Hydropower Station is 250.5km from the Wujiang River into the Yangtze River Estuary, which is the ninth level in the cascade planning and the seventh cascade in the selected plan for the main stream of the Wujiang River. The control basin area of the dam site is 54,508 k ㎡, accounting for 62% of the whole Wujiang River basin.The power station is mainly responsible for power generation, taking into account shipping, flood control and irrigation tasks.It is one of the "4 water projects" of the second batch of "west to east power transmission".The power station hub is a second-class project, and the main hydraulic buildings are the secondary buildings.
Reservoir has a normal storage level of 365m, dead water level of 353.5m, total storage capacity of 910 million m and adjusted storage capacity of 287 million, which is a daily and weekly regulating reservoir.High water storage brings high water pressure, and the carrying capacity of the reservoir concrete requirements is extremely high, so the spray of good solid material is selected to enhance and reinforce the concrete surface.

construction procedure:
First time sprinkling wetting base surface first time (150ml / ㎡) second time sprinkling second time (100ml / ㎡) third time sprinkling wet maintenance for 3 days

Effect evaluation:
After spraying, the rebound strength of the concrete surface increased by about 3MPa in 7 days, about 5 MPa in 14 days, and about 6 to 7 M P a in 28 days.
